For a long time, the stigma behind cannabis was it made people lazy. Brands and athletes alike are changing the way we integrate cannabis into our everyday life including our workouts. That's right! When a person adds weed to their workout routine it can prove to be beneficial in more ways than one.
Cannabis has anti-inflammation properties.
Terpenes like Limonene and Mycerene found in different flower compounds help to reduce inflammation and allow for a more comfortable workout.
2. LESS WORRIED ABOUT OUTCOME.
Cannabis helps to reduce stress and anxiety. When working out there is a lot of pressure to meet weight goals or targets for the day. Weed takes some of the pressure off and focuses on the process.
